Terms and conditions
All services will be delivered remotely from our office located in Pune and from the employee’s home location if they are working from home. The service agreement is mutual contract and SOW document need to be signed for each project or agreed upon email that will become part of the service agreement. Clients are requested to not engage in projects directly with any of our employees or representative w/o having a formal service agreement signed by the authorized signatory.
All payments are due upon delivery of the services on Net 30 terms, delayed payments may attract interests or penalty. Viram Labs reserves all rights to decide if third party collection agent is required to collect money from delinquent accounts. Customer is expected to clear all due within 30 days of raising invoice.
Refund Policy
No refund will be granted for services already rendered and delivered. All invoices are raised post delivery of services and paid within 30 days of raising the invoice.
